at any rate. The point here is to see some sense of styles.

The Toolian elves of Arillus are a bit more high and mighty than the Varan, Toorian, and certainly the Lacers. The only ones the Toolian weren't more 'high-society' than, were the Hail, but the Hail died off in a terrible conflagration in the history of Arillus, when the others broke off from the original body of the Elves.
Thus, at any rate, the Toolian have a high sense of selves and style and beauty and finery. Everything elegant and sophistocated.
